DOCUMENTATION
A valid passport is required. Visas' can be obtained at all points of entry and at embassies. Insurance: It is strongly advised that you take out fully comprehensive insurance including death, medical expense, injury, delays, loss and damage to property. MultiPark Excursions will not be held responsible for any such claims.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Deposits
A 40% deposit is required upon a confirmed booking.

Payments
You will be invoiced upon making a reservation and full payment is due on your date of departure or on arrival. Payment is accepted as follows:
=Send by a service such as Western Union or (contact us for payment details).
=Wire Transfer to our Tanzanian Bank Account (contact us for payment details).
=Majour Credit Cards (contact us for payment details).
Any remaining balance shall be paid the day before you begin the journey or on arrival.

Cancellation and Refunds
Notification of cancellation must be made in fax, e-mail or by a phone call to MultiPark Excursions. At the time we receive the cancellation, all moneys will be refunded less the following cancellation charges, deducted from the total package price.
- 60 days before departure: No penalty, except if any costs have already been incurred (such as hotel bookings).
- 30 days before departure: 25% of deposit
- 29-15 days before departure: 50% of deposit
-14-7 days before departure: 75% of deposit
- 6 days and less before departure: 100 % of the package price. You may also be responsible for any fees imposed by hotels, airlines etc., over and above your land arrangements, due to your cancellation of your original date bookings.

Please note that no partial refunds will be given for unused meals, hotel rooms, airport transfers etc., for any reason whatsoever.

MultiPark Excursions reserves the right to increase the tour price in the event of cost increases due to changes in airfares, currency fluctuations, park fees increases or fuel surcharges. We also reserves the right to alter the tour without notice. MultiPark Excursions is not responsible for expenses incurred by trip members in preparing for the trip (e.g. non-refundable advance purchase air tickets, visa fees, equipment, etc.) or for any necessary additional travel arrangements should your guests embark from home before the group departure date. Accommodations are subject to change but with similar standards. We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance.

Liability
MultiPark Excursions and its agents act as agents of the passenger in all matters relating to tours, accommodations, bookings, transport, etc., and accept no responsibility for any injury, delays, illness, loss or damage in any manner. We will not be held responsible for loss or damage to baggage or any valuables and while all adventures involve an element of personal risk we strongly advise that you take an insurance cover for personal accidents, medical expenses as well as valuables. These can be arranged at time of booking at a relatively low cost.
